  • Contact data: name, phone number, email and company name, voluntarily provided by the user when getting in touch via WhatsApp, email or a form.
  • Browsing data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Personal data is used exclusively to: respond to free-diagnosis requests and commercial enquiries; send information about our consulting services; improve the browsing experience on the website; and generate anonymous statistical analysis of website use.

Under the GDPR (Article 6), our processing relies on the following legal bases: consent of the data subject (for analytics cookies and marketing communications); steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (for responding to enquiries); and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Under the LGPD, the equivalent bases apply (Article 7).

As our company is based in Brazil and may serve clients located in the European Economic Area, personal data may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Where this occurs, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by Chapter V of the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy assessment, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that of the GDPR.
